Let me bring to your attention the possibility of applying Polish IST
companies for the upcoming European Investment Forum which is to
be held on 14-15 April in Prague, as a part of the TECHFORUM project
supported by the European Commission. First Tuesday is the Central
and Eastern European coordinator of the project.
The European Investment Forum is the original and longest running pan-European technology investment event in Europe. In fact it remains the most successful pan-European investment forum for the information and communications technology sectors. Past editions have taken place across Europe, in Vienna, Helsinki, Berlin, Nice, Milan, Brussels, Stockholm and Copenhagen, and the next edition is the 9th edition, which is scheduled for Prague (14-15 April 2003). The intended call is for perspective and competitive technology companies with a growth potential, primarily operating in the IT, Mobile Access, Broadband & Multimedia sectors. Finding an investor is one of the key factor incentives for companies to attend, but it is not the only reason to present yourselves at this prestigious event of its kind. 60 selected companies (for the first time including CEE companies) will get the opportunity to present themselves in 15 mins performance to the top European investors, consultants and corporate managers. Moreover, a uniqueness of this event offers extensive high-level networking e.g meeting with the potencial partners or competitors from Western Europe. By submitting the complete company profile by 19th March you will show your interest in the event but the application doesn't mean any obligation yet (it is FREE). If you get selected you will be invited to the event and given a chance of introducing your company in a 15-minute presentation at the European Investment Forum and the Sector Summits (April 14 - 15) and also attend the European Venture Academy (April 13). Please read carefully all conditions and application instructions before completing anything and click on "ADD your CPS" button 4. Fill in your login & password. Alternatively, submit a basic company profile by selecting "CLICK HERE TO GET YOUR LOGIN". Completed company profile can be edited at any time. We would like to highlight the fact that no fee applies to submitting a company profile. After you get selected by the Selection Board, you can decide whether you accept the invitation to participate (check the fees at the above mentioned web sites).
